Poppies are looking a little more abundant today, more at the reserve and surrounding area. Not very many yet.

A few more are showing up :}, along Lancaster Road, not many at the Reserve, The rain really helped, I think we will get some more soon, lots of plants, lets keep our fingers crossed

The latest, CS6 is available for public beta test from Adobe Labs. You can download and use the public beta to experience the new features. You will find the interface streamlined with better usability, faster performance, new tools, and more. While you are on the same page, you can view a few videos to get acquainted with the new features.

A few more are showing up along Lancaster Road. Still no big fields of them to be see, maybe after this weekends storms we will see a few more.

So far they are few and far between…..but they maybe all we get this year, not much rain. So, if you want some poppy photos they are out and about. Check Lancaster Road past Munz Ranch.

My 2 cents.

I just wanted to let you know that all of my images are changed by me in my computer in some way. Either by adjusting focus, color or any other thing I can image that might look good to me or be fun. It can be something very simple, like putting my name in the meta data info or something much more complicated.  I look at photography as a fun way for me to be creative.  In camera and in or out of my computer. Have fun! Enjoy what you do or why bother?

In conjunction with Black & White, the current exhibition on display in the First Floor Gallery at Santa Clarita City Hall, please join us on Saturday, February 25 for a free lecture titled The Life, The Work, and The Collections of Ansel Adams. The lecture will take place at 2 pm in the Century Room at Santa Clarita City Hall.
